- Customer Insight Development: Build detailed personas of global and India-based customers within the VC, PE, finance, and Industry 4.0 ecosystems.
- Lead Generation and Campaigns: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads and onboard customers to our platform.
- Sales Collateral Creation: Develop industry-specific sales materials tailored to various markets.
- Growth Strategies: Design and execute customer acquisition models, including partnerships, events, and webinars.
- Sales Funnel Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Ideal Candidate:
- Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in B2B sales from Mumbai, particularly within software startups (0-to-1 journey), who possesses a strong network of HR professionals, VCs, and established founders.
- A background in HR tech and exposure to the US or European markets is highly desirable.
