Key responsibilities:
- Lead business strategy and execution across FMCG SFA/DMS solutions for emerging markets.
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- Provide strategic input into product evolution, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Oversee teams that manage deployments, customer success, and revenue growth.
- Represent the company in industry discussions, forums, and with key customers.
- Travel to African and Asian markets once every 3-6 months to support business expansion.
- Strategic Alignment: Aligning SFA strategy with broader business objectives, driving growth by ensuring the SFA tools support and accelerate sales goals.
- SFA Implementation & Management: Overseeing the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of SFA tools and platforms, ensuring they are integrated effectively with other systems like ERP.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with sales and other stakeholders to understand their needs, identify pain points, and translate them into requirements for SFA solutions.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Identifying and automating repetitive sales tasks, such as lead qualification, email sequences, task assignments, and reporting, to boost efficiency.
