Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our SaaS-based HR solutions within the Chennai region. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding our market share, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Talent Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the SaaS product line.

- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business and expand our customer base.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and refine sales materials and messaging.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the IT sector. Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and HR technology solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in IT Sales.
