Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business development for our consulting and AI-enabled advisory solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure-with C-level clients across the US.
This is a quota-carrying, client-facing leadership role focused on consultative and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for US-based consulting engagements
- Identify and engage C-suite executives in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Strategy
- Sell high-value consulting and analytics services tailored to client needs
- Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal building, pricing, and contract closure
- Collaborate closely with internal consulting teams to shape and deliver client solutions
- Represent Espalier at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings
- Track and report on sales pipeline, KPIs, and forecasting
Ideal Experience & Background
6-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in:
- Strategy consulting
- SaaS-enabled advisory services
- Analytics-based solutions
- Proven success selling to CxO-level stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CSOs, Partners)
- Strong consultative and solution-based sales track record
- Familiarity with the US consulting or PE/IB ecosystem is essential
- Experience managing sales pipelines and exceeding sales quotas
- Exposure to AI-driven service offerings is a strong advantage

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
MBA or Master's degree from a reputed institution preferred
