Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar/C&I projects, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and onboard new clients in C&I and solar project segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution support
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (preferably solar/renewable energy/industrial solutions)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience handling C&I or project-based sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
