- Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and staff augmentation.
- Manage existing clients to ensure retention and revenue generation.
- Identify new markets and industries for expansion into new geographies (domestic & international).
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development management.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, permanent staffing, contract staffing, and temporary/contract-to-hire models.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
