Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives from our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, recruiters, and partners
- Drive business growth through strategic alliances, partnerships, and corporate tie-ups
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
- Work collaboratively with marketing to align campaigns and promotional strategies with sales objectives
- Stay updated with industry developments, competitors' strategies, and changing market demands
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention through excellent service delivery
Skillsets Required
- Proven track record in sales management with strong closing and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment
- Experience in B2B sales and exposure to international hiring/recruitment domain is a plus
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
