About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating a steady pipeline of potential buyers, building and maintaining strong channel partner networks, and ensuring sales targets are achieved for the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and achievement of annual sales targets in coordination with the Site Head - Sales and Project Head - Sales.
- Build and nurture a strong Channel Partner network - onboard new partners and explain project offerings.
- Assist in deal closures and provide clarity to customers on financing options, construction timelines, and other queries.
- Track competition and market differentiators to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales data in the ERP system from enquiry to booking stages.
- Prepare and present weekly MIS reports with sales performance insights.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationship and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless pre- and post-sales experience.
- Represent the organization for HNIs and NRIs in coordination with the International Sales Manager.
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
