About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial property sales, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and channel partners.

- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.

- Experience in building and managing channel partner networks.

- Customer-focused with strong business acumen.
