Role Overview:

- The Sales Manager Process Instruments will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts across the process industry segment.

- The role requires strong experience in test & measurement solutions, client relationship management, and channel/business development within the process manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Fluke Process Instruments across assigned territory.

- Identify and acquire new clients within process industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, FMCG, oil & gas, power, food processing, and manufacturing.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and channel partners to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application-based solution selling.

- Work closely with OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, and industrial end-users.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/application teams for solution mapping.

- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings to generate business leads.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence inputs.

- Ensure post-sales coordination and customer satisfaction.

- Travel across the assigned region for client visits, demonstrations, and business development (as required).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- Min.

- 7 years in Test & Measurement / Process Instrumentation sales.

- Strong exposure to industrial process plants and instrumentation products.

- Experience in Condition Monitoring solutions is preferred with strong technical solution selling background is preferred.

- Experience in selling to B2B industrial clients, handling technical sales, and managing long sales cycles.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and customer focus.

- Willingness to travel across regions for sales and client engagement.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical preferred).

- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
