Are you a seasoned MICE leader with a passion for delivering exceptional corporate experiences? We are seeking a Sales Manager - MICE to lead strategy, execution, client success, and growth of a pan-India MICE vertical. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in building strong networks, managing teams, and driving performance.
What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews
- Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients
- Own and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographies
- Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are met
- Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
Event Leadership:
- Oversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events-budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review
- Manage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency
- Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-time
- Market Insight & Collaboration
- Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10-15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Industry Background: Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm
