
Sales Manager - MES System/Products (Pan India) - Can be based out of anywhere in India
- To promote sales of MES and future products to support the organization in achieving sales projections and revenue goals
- To Serve as a brand ambassador for the organisation's products, consistently reflecting company values and professionalism.
- Manage and execute all sales and promotional activities within the designated market.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities, expanding sales pipelines and identifying potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements thoroughly to provide appropriate solutions, product recommendations and value propositions.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, including product updates, pricing changes, and market trends, in a timely manner.
- Coordinate closely with customers, Production, and Commercial departments regarding delivery schedules, payments, and technical clarifications.
- Conduct regular customer and prospect visits for sales presentations, product promotion, and relationship building.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Track, analyse, and share key quantitative metrics and business trends relating to customer interactions and partnerships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Candidates with Master / Bachelor of Engineering with minimum of 15 to 17 Years in the field of Sales (preferably MES, ERP, or industrial software.)
- Preferably with Textiles - Weaving, Spinning,
- Should have proven experience in sales of Manufacturing Execution system, ERP, Industrial Software - SAP /Automation/Leading MES products
- Should have very good Negotiations, Convincing and influencing skills
- Should have excellent Customer Handling and relationship building experience
- Should have hands on experience and knowledge on Systems and Tools. (MS Office, Sales Force, CRM)
- Should have excellent communication in written and oral - English and Regional Language/s
- Should have good experience in Sales documentation process.
- Should be willing to travel extensively. Should be well groomed, healthy, travel savvy, healthy and well groomed, presentable to represent high value product line
- Can work from anywhere in India. Need to visit Coimbatore on a periodic basis to interface with the reporting authority/top management.
