Sales Manager - East Region

Job Description :

Purpose :

Lead sales and service operations across the East zone for radiology and related medical device products. Ensure strong customer service, efficient local operations, and profitable growth through effective pricing and distribution strategies. Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital stakeholders, radiologists, and biomedical teams.

Scope :

Regional role with responsibility for the East and North-East markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive regional sales strategy and execution for medical devices and contrast products.

- Coordinate with marketing and business operations teams to implement regional plans.

- Support scientific education initiatives, CMEs, and congress partnerships.

- Guide and enable sales, service, and engineering teams to achieve targets compliantly.

- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and service teams for order fulfillment.

- Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Work closely with OEM partners to strengthen modality support.

- Manage people processes, coaching, and team development.

Key Stakeholders :

- Sales, service, SCM, marketing, demand planning, hospitals, and biomedical teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Postgraduate preferred with engineering or science background.

- Experience in specialty or capital equipment sales, strong analytical ability, and proven team leadership.
