Our Client is a leading Real Estate Developer selling Luxury Residential Projects & Leased Commercial Projects. It's a group company of a large business conglomerate.
Role: Manager Sales (Direct / Channel)
Location: Gurgaon & Noida ( 2 Positions)
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
CTC : 15 - 20 LPA + Attractive Incentives Per Sale
Role : Responsible for Sales for Products in Super- Luxury Segment (Commercial & Residential).
- Generating sales through the existing customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.
- Competition analysis, including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Super Luxury segment regularly, and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
- Maintaining visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
- Nurture, grow, and develop long term relationships with Channel Partners and connect with Customers.
- Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans, and ensuring their effective engagement.
- Contribute in devising the Sales strategy and implement the Sales strategies in line with the Company's Business Plan.
- Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expense, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on a regular basis, resolving their grievances & generating further leads through them.
- Coordinating with the Marketing communications team for updating of Brochures and other relevant collateral. / service providers for outdoor advertising, designing, and printing of Brochures.
- Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans.
- Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships and maintain productivity.
- Follow up with the potential customers for arranging their visit to the Experience Centre / Site visits etc.
- Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners
- Defines performance goals for the team at the start of the year and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Takes ownership of team's learning agenda by identifying development needs and works towards bridging the gaps through various means including training.
- Understands the competencies relevant to self and team's role and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
- Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
- Provides effective feedback to the team as part of performance review discussions and helps them in overcoming the gaps identified.
- Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans.

Candidate Profile
- 5-8 experience in High value Real Estate / Wealth Management in a Leading Bank / BFSI Sector
- MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Sales & Marketing from a top tier institution.
- Relevant experience in selling of High value products to HNIs / UHNIs.
- Experience in selling Luxury products
- Ability to communicate business case, market research findings through power point presentations.
- Ability to network and manage relationship with all key stakeholders
