Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell luxury products (e.g., premium toiletries, linens, furnishings, decor, etc.) to five-star hotels, boutique resorts, and luxury hospitality chains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for high-end lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on luxury and upscale hotels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel GMs, procurement heads, and interior design teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sampling sessions with key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, margins, and growth KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for hotel clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements/contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery, payment follow-ups, and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Participate in hospitality trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
