Role Requirement: - To work as a business development & to maintain existing business & identify sales leads, pitch new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. - Communicating to prospective clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. - Cultivate new sales leads to establish a business in LCL Export. - Sell and negotiate services. - Responsible for onboarding new customers. - Work closely with the team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently. - Provide follow-up, and customer satisfaction with clients as needed. - To support other segments by adding new customers. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Proven track record of success in sales management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding processes, regulations, and industry best practices. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Flexibility to travel as needed. - Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
