Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - NBFC
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs (Direct Sales Associates) and channel partners.
Sales Process Management:
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal teams
- Monitor the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and offer suitable LAP solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Key Skill & Qualifications
- Degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years minimum experience in Retail loans -Mortgage & Managing Business from DSA-DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATES
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and office applications
