It is a leading digital lending platform that provides quick, app-based personal loans to individuals, especially young professionals and first-time borrowers. The platform uses a fully online processapplication, verification, approval, and disbursalmaking it easy for users to access short-term and small-ticket credit. With a focus on flexible repayment options, simplified documentation, and fast processing, it aims to offer accessible credit solutions to people who may not have a traditional credit history.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:


- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.


- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP portfolio.


- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to set sales targets and objectives for the team.


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


2. Team Management:


- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.


- Monitor the performance of the sales team, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback for improvement.


- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, performance, and challenges.


- Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales executives.


3. Customer Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.


- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers.


- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.


- Ensure that the sales team provides accurate information about LAP products, terms, and conditions.


4. Business Development:


- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, such as real estate developers and brokers, to drive business growth.


- Develop referral networks and establish partnerships to generate leads and increase market share.


- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote LAP products and the companys brand.


5. Operational Excellence:


- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all sales activities.


- Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales performance.


- Collaborate with the credit and risk teams to ensure that loan applications meet the required criteria and standards.


6. Reporting and Documentation:


- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including metrics such as loan disbursals, conversion rates, and revenue.


- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, customer interactions, and loan applications.


- Assist in the development of marketing materials, sales scripts, and other documentation to support the sales team.


7. Continuous Improvement:


- Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage products, and sales techniques.


- Identify opportunities for process improvements, including the implementation of new technologies or automation.


- Support the introduction of new sales initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth.


Qualifications:


Education: Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.


Skills:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Deep understanding of LAP products, mortgage lending, and real estate markets.


- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.


- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.


- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mortgage lending.
