Position: Sales Manager.
Location: Mohali.
Experience Required:
- 4-8 years in IT software sales and B2B selling.
Education:
- MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and deliver product demonstrations.
- Handle client negotiations and manage relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Strong analytical and MIS skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- High ownership and result-driven mindset.
- Innovative thinker, open to travel.
Office Timings:
- 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM.
- 1st and 3rd Saturday off.
