- Candidates should have experience in IT SERVICE SALES, Revenue Generation, end to end sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.. Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (e.g., BFSI,. Healthcare, Retail).


- Sell IT services such as software development, staff augmentation, cloud consulting, and managed services.


- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and. closure.


- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and delivering tailored solutions.


- Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc.).


- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, tech leads) to create winning. proposals.


- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and lead generation KPIs.


- Track and report pipeline activities using CRM tools; optimize based on insights.


- Monitor market trends and competition to identify strategic sales opportunities.
