
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our customer relationships in the Application Lifecycle Management and IT Infrastructure management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling the above-mentioned services. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Role: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead generation activities.
- Meet individual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales strategies as needed. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Presales, to ensure alignment and effective sales enablement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application Lifecycle Management services sales for mid-to-large clients.
- Application Lifecycle Management Services: Good understanding of selling services including application development, and support, legacy application modernization, SaaS enablement, platforms such as PeopleSoft & Salesforce, solutions based modern technologies such as RPA, AI, Cloud, etc.
- IT Infrastructure Management Services: Good understanding of IT infrastructure management services, including Cloud, data centers, networks, and cybersecurity services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and also lead a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
