Mandatory Requirement:
- 4+ years of sales experience in IT hardware or technology solutions, including demonstrable success in selling refurbished or pre-owned IT equipment.
- A strong understanding of enterprise hardware across multiple brands (servers, storage, networking from major OEMs) is essential.
- The candidate should have passionate for IT solution.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of refurbished IT equipment (enterprise servers, storage systems, networking devices, laptops.) by developing and executing a go-to-market plan targeting cost-conscious and value-driven customers.
- Champion the quality and reliability of refurbished products - communicate details of testing, warranty, and certification processes to assure clients of product performance.
- Identify and target key market segments (startups, small-to-mid enterprises, education, etc.) that benefit from high-quality pre-owned hardware solutions and initiate outreach campaigns.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their IT needs and recommending suitable refurbished solutions that offer significant savings without compromising on requirements.
- Collaborate with the refurbishment operations team to stay updated on inventory availability, incoming refurbished stock, and any customization or upgrade requests for hardware before resale.
- Manage a sales team focused on refurbished products (including mid-level managers and sales executives), providing mentorship, training on product knowledge, and setting clear sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing to highlight the Refurbished line (through online platforms, trade shows, or digital campaigns), ensuring the messaging emphasizes cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Stay informed about multi-OEM product lines and generations (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, etc.) to advise customers across a range of brands and offer alternative options when certain models are unavailable
