Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales of IoT solutions, specifically in the supply chain and logistics domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IoT-based solutions (RFID, GPS, etc.) that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new leads and nurturing opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
- Understand client pain points and map them to appropriate IoT solutions (RFID, GPS, etc.)
- Collaborate with solution delivery and implementation teams to define project plans during the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction through effective solution selling
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IoT, supply chain, or logistics solutions
Preferred Attributes:
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate and manage sales independently
- Solution-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Prior experience with solution/product selling in a technical domain.
