About the Role:
eeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business growth for clients Corporate Action & Investor Communication Service portfolio. The role involves selling specialised solutions to listed companies, intermediaries, merchant bankers, promoters and CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and onboard new corporate clients for:
- Voting Support (EGM/AGM, CCM, Postal Ballot, Proxy Voting, E-Voting), Rights Issue Support ,
- Open Offer Support
- Buyback Support
- Delisting Support
- Investor Helpline Outsourcing
- Shareholder / Investor Reach-out Programs (KYC, IEPF, Physical-Demat, Communication Campaigns)
- Understand client requirements related to corporate action execution, investor engagement and compliance communications and frame customised business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Company Secretaries, Compliance Heads, Chief Strategy Officers, Merchant Bankers and Promoter Groups.
- Work closely with internal operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet quarterly & annual revenue targets through proactive acquisition and upselling.
- Participate in industry events, webinars and networking forums to generate leads and market visibility.
- Prepare sales pipeline, MIS, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in B2B / Enterprise Sales
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive long sales cycles.
- Self-driven with strong target orientation and relationship management capability.
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Finance / Capital Markets
OR
- Graduate with strong experience in financial services B2B sales
