Manager Sales – IMS Practice  Job Position/Title: Manager Sales – IMS Practice  Job Nature: Full Time Employment  Employer: iOPEX technologies www.iopextech.com  Job Location (Country): India, Chennai  Compensation: Competitive by Industry Standards  Responsibilities:  - This job requires a “Hunter to go after new logos” in RIM/Infrastructure management space.   - Will be involved in cold calling, marketing and lead generation activities to generate leads and acquire new clients across USA, in IMS.  - Interacting with global teams/ practices within iOPEX for RFP response  - Qualifying RFI/RFPs to validate eligibility and map requirements to iOPEX expertise areas  - To Implement program-managing bid process and ensuring different teams work towards conceptualizing most viable solution for the prospect/client  - Will be a part of entire sales cycle, will require to generate leads, respond to RFP and complete the deal  - Exploring new outsourcing trends in areas like deal structures and innovative pricing models  - Analyzing clients’ application portfolio for outsourcing maintenance projects and help them arrive at a transition plan  Educational &Technical Background:  - Past experience in RIM, Infrastructure management service selling in an IT/ITES set up is a must  - BE, MBA from a tier 1 institution is a good to have.  - Overall good understanding on High end technology in Support, RIM and other technologies in the infrastructure management space, in an IT / ITES set up  Role Expectation:  - Lead generation through active reach outs will be a major part of this portfolio  - Role will require you to work with the Practice lead and engage in discussions with CXO level decision makers  - Market research and competitive landscaping of customers  - Creation of domain centric databases and running reach out campaigns  - Creation of a healthy pipeline that exceeded targets   - Makingpresentations to the prospects  - Pre-proposal discussions and responding to RFI /RFP/RFQ  - Preparation of SoW  - Negotiations and closing contracts  - Development of strategies to collect and analyze the business problem or opportunity   - Creation of technical sales collateral including case studies, capabilities presentation, documents, sales capsules and battle cards  - Handling prospects and customer visits  - Account ownership of the prospect along with necessary follow-ups owning targets &closure of deal  Individual Traits:  - Aggressive Hunter by Nature  - “Go Get” Attitude  - Perseverance  Send Resume to: pradeep.gopalan@iopextech.com / devi.ranganathan@iopextech.com
