Description: We are seeking a HORECA Sales Manager with a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.
Job Profile:
- Lead a Sales Team
- Identify and onboard new clients across HoReCa, retail, institutional, and B2B segments
- Drive revenue growth through effective field sales and market penetration strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B teams, purchase managers, distributors, and corporate clients,
- Promote the brands product portfolio including fresh, frozen, and dry agri-products
- Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and close business deals
- Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of orders and client servicing
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
Strong experience in managing channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks will be an added advantage.
HORECA Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / FMCG / Food & Beverage / HoReCa / Field Sales
- Strong Sales leadership experience
- Proven experience in client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management
- Strong exposure to HoReCa or institutional sales channels is mandatory
- Good network in regional markets will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven individual contributor
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for field sales
