Sales Manager - Global Contractor Payments

About ReStaff:

ReStaff is a global hiring and payments platform (HQ Hong Kong) helping companies engage and pay independent talent worldwide - multi-currency payouts, automated compliance, one master agreement per client.

This role owns our fastest-growing corridor in India - and you would be our first sales hire on the ground, building it from scratch with a direct line to the founders.

What you will do:

- Own the full deal yourself, start to finish - discovery through close. No SDR to AE handoff.

- Sell to founders, COOs and finance leads at Indian companies, and handle the objections that decide these deals: classification, TDS, 44ADA/44AD, GST export, FEMA, permanent establishment, IP assignment.

- Build your own pipeline from week one; shape our ICP and messaging from what you hear on calls; run the CRM (Kommo) and define the playbook the next hires follow.

Who we are looking for:

- 2+ years B2B sales with direct exposure to EOR/COR/AOR/PEO/global payroll/cross-border payments - this is a closing role, not lead-gen; general SDR/outbound experience without real category exposure will not clear the bar.

- A track record of deals you personally closed, not meetings you booked for someone else.

- Strong personal network among decision-makers at global companies hiring in India. Consultative style - we win by educating, not pressuring. Fluent English, comfortable on EU/US hours.
