Designation: Manager- Enterprise Sales ( Physical Gifting) -1
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work Type: Work from Office
CTC: till 24 LPA fixed and then uncapped variables
Responsibilities
- Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building a sales deck.
- Identifying prospective clients, sending pitches, and generating leads
- Presenting The Reward Store products to the prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to generation of leads and closure of the same
- Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads
- Liaise and partner with the sales team to identify complex sales opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA will be a Plus).
- 2 - 5 years of sales experience specifically in the physical gifting space.
- Ability to hunt new leads and manage a bucket of new leads, closure of the leads
- Great team player and has good team-handling skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged
- Enjoy working in fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day.
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper lead generation methodologies
- High energy and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into meetings
