Responsibilities - Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. For this, the candidate will need to gain a complete & thorough understanding of the company: History, journey so far & the road map for the future. - Formulate & execute sales strategies to effectively penetrate diverse geographic markets - Achieve sales targets and drive growth across kegs, bottles and cider. - Identify opportunities for sale growth - Mentor and coach sales team members - Promote relationships with partner bars, retail stores, hotels and more. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Track sales KPIs and dashboards - Create and monitor revenue projections and expenses - Co-create yearly budgets and sales targets - Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships - Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress - Work closely with Marketing team to identify branding and marketing opportunities Requirements and skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commerce, management, business administration or related field - 8 to 10 years of sales experience - Local Language (Kannada) knowledge will be an advantage - Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Experience in retail sales and strategy is mandatory - Experience in alcobev is preferred - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
