Opening with a leading FMCG company for their office in Dubai

Role : Sales Manager - (Experience looking in Thailand, China, Vietnam or Philippines market)

Experience : 8 Years +

Roles & Responsibility:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in assigned international markets.

- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and channel partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

- Drive new product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and trade terms with distributors and key accounts.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and achieve monthly and annual business targets.

- Ensure compliance with local market regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare regular MIS reports, sales analysis, and market intelligence for management.
