- As Manager, you will be responsible Sales in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Build & empower team of sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Assist in developing promotional activities to drive sales growth. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
