Location: Malaysia -KL (Full-time, On-site)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proven sales leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth while building lasting customer and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure optimum utilization of the distributor network for maximum market penetration.
- Identify and onboard potential new distributors across the SEA region.
- Maintain and expand market presence through effective distributor and merchandiser management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent performance.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report sales performance against KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the recruitment, HR solutions, or professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asia market and its business landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and prior experience in managing a sales team. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic market.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English
