Sales Manager - FinTech/SaaS

Role Description:

- The Sales Management role encompasses acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships to promote Business products, identifying and closing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, networking and cold calling

- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads

- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers

- Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard new clients

- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration in Marketing, Sales or a related field

- Proven 2-6 years of experience in enterprise sales (preferably from software Product/Fintech/SAAS background)
