This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise B2B sales, account management, and strategic partnerships in the fintech and digital payments space.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working with leading players such as Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, BillDesk, Easebuzz, PayU, Infibeam, and other key fintech institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage key fintech client accounts including SBI, Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, and other leading partners.

- Lead end-to-end B2B sales, including deal structuring, commercial negotiation, closure, and execution.

- Promote and sell digital payment solutions including UPI, RuPay, FASTag (NETC), AePS, IMPS, and NACH.

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their customer needs and aligning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Build and maintain C-level relationships and key stakeholder engagements within fintech organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, technical integration, and post-sales support.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in fintech, digital payments, or related sectors.

- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving high-value deals in companies like Paytm, Razorpay, PhonePe, Easebuzz, PayU, BillDesk, Infibeam, etc.

- Deep understanding of digital payment ecosystems and technologies such as UPI, RuPay, AePS, IMPS, NETC (FASTag), and NACH.

- Strong skills in lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Prior experience in managing strategic alliances or channel partnerships in fintech.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian digital payments ecosystem, industry players, and regulatory landscape.
