Sales Manager - Financial Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with strong experience in Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) within the Prime Segment.

The ideal candidate will drive business through DSA channels and build strong partner relationships to achieve consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business development for LAP/HL products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners to ensure steady business inflow.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to improve business performance.

- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for seamless loan processing and customer experience.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in LAP or Home Loan sales, preferably in the Prime segment.

- Experience working with Banks or NBFCs is mandatory.

- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through DSA/channel partner networks
