Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships across key regions in India. The role involves hands-on sales execution, strategy development, and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
2. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
3. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
5. Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and team targets
6. Coordinate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
7. Represent Zenergize at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Five years of relevant experience in Business Development and Sales
2. Prior experience in the EV, renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sector (mandatory)
3. Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills
4. Proven ability to build and close enterprise or B2B deals
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
6. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and sales planning
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
