Sales Manager - Equipment Lease - Financial Services

We are hiring for one of the leading financial services and leasing companies in India, who provides top-notch car rental solutions and operating lease services.

Division: Equipment Lease.

Age Bracket: Up to 37 years.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Location: Mumbai.

Working Days: 5 Days (WFO) Sat & Sun Off.

Job Description:

- Tie-up with equipment manufacturers.

- Close leads referred by the tie up manufacturers within the SLAs decided.

- Generate new accounts and breakthrough relationships with new corporates in mid.

- SME segments for equipment financing.

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the tied-up accounts.

- Handhold with the sales team of the manufacturer and client for better conversion / service.

- Internal operational / account management team to ensure smooth operations and no client grievance etc.

- Provide lease / loan solutions to various corporates.

- Have understanding of credit profile and structuring transactions to meet the risk appetite.

- Recovery of problem accounts and coordination with legal team for default cases.

- Feedback to Regional Heads on Risk, Product, processes etc.

- Handle Customer service related issues and escalate wherever required.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

- Strong Sales skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability for Relationship Management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Education:

- MBA Finance / Marketing.

- Graduates from reputed colleges.

Requisite experience in:

- Corporate Sales at Manufacturers / Equipment financing team with Banks / Co-operative banks.

- Financial Solutions / Relationship Manager in Banks, General insurance Cos, Financial Institutions etc.

- Sales team for equipment / IT assets of any reputed manufacturer and work involved in corporate sales.

- Candidates with financial services background into equipment financing.

- Good contacts with manufacturers to build tie ups and corporate contacts for immediate business sourcing.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in business development role from the equipment lease or equipment finance role.
