About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead enterprise software engagements across a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving automation or digital transformation solutions and experience selling to senior technology and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the territory and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline (4x quota coverage).
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs to identify, influence, and close strategic deals.
- Collaborate closely with partner ecosystems, inside sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure business success.
- Deliver consistent growth and exceed revenue targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales with exposure to RPA, SaaS, or automation platforms.
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships at senior levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and a strong hunter attitude.
