We are seeking a Enterprise Gifting Sales Manager for a Series A funded D2C Brand.
Job Profile:
- Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients in the gifting space. Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and customized gifting solutions.
- Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts by offering tailored solutions n Ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of sales executives n Set targets, monitor performance, and mentor team members.
- Gifting Knowledge & Solutioning: Bring deep knowledge of gift products, categories, packaging, and personalization trends n Work closely with product and procurement teams to create relevant offerings.
- Sales Planning & Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and pipeline n Provide regular updates on performance and market intelligence.
- Seasonal Campaign Management: Plan and execute strategies for peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of B2B or institutional sales or Corporate Sales experience.
- Additionally if you are a strong sales person coming with a corporate sales background, understands product based company is also preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong existing network in corporate, retail, or channel partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team Player/ People Management (Must).
- Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems.
