Electronics Retail - Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager from the electronics retail industry to lead and scale our store operations. The role currently manages 2 retail outlets , with clear responsibility to support future expansion as new stores are added.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of 2 electronics retail stores (with scope to add more).
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability across assigned outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers and sales teams .
- Ensure strong performance in key categories including ACs and consumer electronics .
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion, ticket size, warranty sales, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with head office on inventory planning, pricing, and promotions.
- Implement SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and process improvements.
- Support new store launches and expansion planning .
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics / consumer durables retail sector .
- Proven experience managing multiple stores or large-format retail operations.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, team management, and retail analytics .
- Ability to scale operations during store expansion phases .
