Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager - Sales

Experience Level: 10 + years

Term: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

- Support sales activities in the assigned territory for semiconductor and electronic components.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

- Regularly visit customers (OEMs, EMS, design houses) to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

- Promote assigned semiconductor product lines, participate in technical discussions (with FAE support), and follow up on design wins and projects.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal teams.

- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track inquiries, samples, and order conversion status.

- Coordinate with suppliers and principals for lead times, product availability, and updates.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the RSM.

- Ensure CRM tools and internal databases are updated with accurate customer information and interactions.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in electronic components / semiconductor sales.

- Experience in dealing with customers in the electronics or manufacturing sector is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Basic technical knowledge of semiconductor products (MCUs, analogy ICs, memory, etc.).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).

- Self-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused attitude.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
