Sales Manager
Description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across South India and pan-India (OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive sales
- Provide technical consultation on electronic components (capacitors and passive parts)
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and develop sales strategies
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and updates to the headquarters team
KEYSKILLS & QUAIFICATIONS :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
- 8 to 12 years of experience in sales of Passive Components, Capacitors, or Power Electronics
- Male candidates preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Technical understanding of electronic components and customer application needs
- Proven ability in B2B sales and distributor/dealer management
