We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships across key regions in India. The role involves hands-on sales execution, strategy development, and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
- Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and team targets
- Coordinate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Five years of relevant experience in Business Development and Sales
- Prior experience in the EV, renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sector (mandatory)
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills
- Proven ability to build and close enterprise or B2B deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and sales planning
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
