Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for BFSI clients (banks, NBFCs, insurers, etc.)
- Build strong CXO-level relationships (CISO, CIO, CRO, etc.)
- Manage RFPs/RFIs and complex deal cycles in BFSI procurement environments
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams for solution alignment
- Stay updated on BFSI regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business/IT; MBA preferred
- Proven track record in BFSI solution sales (cybersecurity/enterprise tech)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and networking skills
- Knowledge of BFSI compliance and digital transformation trends
- Willingness to travel and manage high-pressure sales cycles
