Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for both residential and commercial projects. The role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and drive strategic sales plans for assigned residential and commercial projects.

- Identify and target potential clients, corporate accounts, and institutional buyers through structured lead generation and networking.

- Deliver impactful presentations and property site visits, ensuring effective conversion from lead to contract.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients by offering tailored property solutions.

- Understand client requirements, address concerns effectively, and ensure superior post-sales service.

- Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction at every stage.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work in close coordination with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless documentation, timely approvals, and smooth project launches.

- Contribute to the development of marketing collaterals, sales tools, and promotional campaigns that support business growth.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance against set targets, identifying gaps and refining tactics for consistent improvement.

- Provide regular insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 5 years of proven real estate sales experience, with exposure to both commercial and residential projects.

- Strong understanding of the Gurugram and broader Delhi-NCR real estate markets, including buyer behavior and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- A performance-driven approach with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
