Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager (Cloud Consulting, Partner / Channel Sales), based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our partner network. You will work closely with cloud service providers, system integrators, and other channel partners to promote our cloud consulting services and solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, and enabling them to effectively sell our services to their clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market reach and solidifying our position as a trusted cloud consulting provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively sell our cloud consulting services.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partners to enhance their understanding of our offerings and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the presales and consulting teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to foster long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking within the partner ecosystem.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the IT solutions or consulting space.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Sales, Solutions Sales, Presales, Channel Management, or Consulting Sales is required.
