About The Company: ARA's Client is a leading IT infrastructure services provider in India. The company offers Digital Solutions, Cloud Environment Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud Data Management, Hyperautomation and more. The Role: Sales Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for building sales strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors, customers, clients and internal, delivery, TA, sales, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Execute, monitor, and report on sales performance. - Own, manage and drive sales for growth and sustenance. - Spearhead and develop the annual sales plans for your region of India. - Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities. - Use farming and hunting techniques to add to the sales pipeline and eventually convert those deals Skills & Experience Required: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development. - Relevant Industry Experience with mid to larger IT Services companies/set up and strong leaning towards the India IT market and passion to drive growth in this region. - Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of IT infrastructure services. - Relevant Exp into the following- DCDR, End user services and computing, Application managed services from the EUC perspective, Products and Licenses,Cloud, Cybersecurity - Experience with digital solutions, cloud environment management, cybersecurity, and cloud data management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good organizational and time management skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
