Job Description:

- This position is focused on managing B2B loan collection and sales within the areas of Business Loans, SME Loans, and Corporate Loans, specifically with a ticket size of 1 Crore or more.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the NBFC or banking sector and will be responsible for driving business loan sales and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-value business clients, offering tailored loan solutions for their financial needs.

- Loan Disbursement & Documentation: Oversee the entire loan disbursement process, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with internal and regulatory requirements.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and secure high-value loans for clients (1 Crore and above), adhering to company guidelines and standards.

- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, collections, and statuses. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and offering solutions that meet their financial objectives.

Requirements:

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business loan products, credit assessments, loan documentation, and financial analysis for large-ticket loans.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage large-ticket loans and collections effectively.

- Education: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
