Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the Bancassurance channel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of health insurance solutions through our banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales through bancassurance partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for health insurance products.
- Conduct regular training and support for bank staff to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in Bancassurance / Insurance Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance/financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders for business growth.
