Candidate Profile:
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
- Background: Experience in B2B / SaaS
- Sales Type: Has done both inbound and outbound sales (prospecting + closing)
Segment:
- Has sold to mid-market/ SMB / enterprise clients
Core Focus:
- Pureplay sales professional someone who owns the entire process from lead generation to closure
- Not looking for: pre-sales, account management, or customer success profiles
Industry Preference:
- Open to: SaaS, Technology, or B2B companies
- Not limited to: BFSI sector BFSI experience is okay but not mandatory
Ideal Background:
- Experience selling software, SaaS, Data Products
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle lead to closure
- Exposure to CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
